What this site does

x3system.it is a site of static pages only. It sets no cookies, has no analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts or other content from third parties: every request your browser makes stays on x3system.it.

The language you pick with the IT/EN button is remembered in your browser (localStorage), is sent to no one, and goes away when you clear the site’s data.

The server and its logs

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like every web server, for security and diagnostics it keeps for a limited time the IP address, the page requested, the date and time and the browser type. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working. X3 System does not look at these logs except in case of an attack or a fault.

If you write to info@x3system.it

Your address and the content of the message are used to answer you and, if work follows, to manage and invoice it. They are kept as long as that takes and as the law requires. The legal basis is answering your request and, later, the contract and the tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction, object to its processing and obtain its portability (articles 15–22 of the GDPR) by writing to info@x3system.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (garanteprivacy.it).
